Abel

Abel was found by a soldier in an abandoned Shadaloo base. He was raised by that soldier. The man who raised Abel had died recently and Abel felt that he had no past or family now. He decides to investigate his past.

Hearing that Chun-Li is a detective he decides to ask her for information. At first Chun-Li didn't want to reveal anything to Abel, but he convinced her to tell him some information. She revealed that Abel had some connection to Shadaloo. She recommended to participate in the World Warriors Tournament hosted by the S.I.N. to find out more about his past.

While at the tournament Abel met Guile. While seeing Guile perform a Sonic Boom, Abel recognized the move. Guile demanded to know where did he saw the move being performed before. Abel refused to tell Guile anything, which resulted in a fight between the two. The outcome of the battle is unknown.
