Angel

Angel is a NESTS secret agent. She was assigned to keep an eye on K9999 during The King Of Fighters 2001 tournament, who was ordered to hunt down experiments, who escaped NESTS.

Later it was revealed that she and K9999 were given a mission to kill Kula Diamond. But they didn't succeed and were never heard from again.
