Aoi Umenokouji

Aoi is the eldest daughter of a dojo owner and a good friend of Akira Yuki's father. Aoi and Akira used to train with each other when they were younger.

When she saw that Akira participated in the World Tournament she wanted to test her skills as well. When the third World Tournament was announced she decided to participate.

Aoi lost in the first round of the tournament. She decided to train harder and improve her defence and counter-attacks. After her hard training she entered the fourth World Tournament.

She lost to Brad Burns because he flirted with her before her fight. Also his flirting with other women in the tournament angered her. She had to admit, that his fighting skills were impressive. She decides to train harder and face him once again in the next tournament. When she got her invitation for the fifth tournament she accepted right away.
