Chang Koehan

Chang used to be a brutal criminal in Korea. He was caught, but it was an easy task for him to escape using his strength. He was quickly caught by Kim Kaphwan. Kim thought, that Chang's strength could be put to better use, he decided to add him to his rehabilitation program and entered with him and another criminal in the King Of Fighters tournament.

Chang became good friends with the other criminal, Choi. They tried to escape from Kim, but they always failed. They eventually persuade Kim to join the Garou Team, with Terry and Duck King, giving Choi and Chang a break from Kim.

After some time Chang and Choi were deemed rehabilitated by Kim and now he searches for new criminals to rehabilitate.
