Charlie's Bio

Charlie was a soldier, who was good friends with Guile. He also thought Guile many fighting moves.

Charlie was send to investigate Shadaloo and to stop their activities. Charlie went undercover. Because of this the military thought he went AWOL and send Guile to bring him back. Guile and Charlie later teamed up to fight Shadaloo.

When Bison tried to regenerate his body Charlie destroyed the Psycho Drive and presumably dies during the Shadaloo base explosion, while others escaped. He did not succeed in killikng Bison permanently.

Guile still believes, that Charlie might be alive, because his body wasn't recovered.
