Choi Bounge

Choi was a criminal, who stalked people in the night. One day he chose Kim Kaphwan as his latest victim. After he tried to attack Kim, Choi got beaten up by him. Kim decided to add Choi to his rehabilitation program.

During this time he became friends with another criminal, Chang Koehan. They always tried to escape from Kim, but their attempts ended in failure. When Kim's friend, Jhun, appeared the life of the two criminals didn't become easier.

They eventuallt manage to get a break from Kim, when they convince him to join the same team with Terry Bogard and Duck King.

Eventually Kim decided, that Choi and Chang are now rehabilitated and now searches for new criminals for his program.
