Dhalsim

Dhalsim is a pacifist by nature, but because his village is very poor he participates in street fights to raise money. He eventually gets targeted by Shadaloo for assassination. Cammy was send to kill him, but using his powers Dhalsim made her self-aware.

He also entered the second World Warriors tournament, but retired from fighting after it.

After S.I.N. has build a dam near his village, the water supply of the village significantly decreased. Because his son is a pen pal with Guile's daughter, Dhalsim finds out that Guile is investigating the S.I.N. organization. Dhalsim knows if Guile is involved, then it must be serious. Dhalsim decides to enter the S.I.N. tournament to find out more information.

After the tournament the dam was destroyed and Dhalsim's village water supply was restored and their lives went back to normal.
