Fujin

Fujin is the God Of Wind. He was assigned by Raiden to protect Shinnok's amulet. He was defeated by the original Sub-Zero.

When Shinnok returned and attacked Edenia, Fujin was one of the gods, who wasn't destroyed. Fujin helped Raiden and other Earthrealm warriors to fight against Shinnok. After Shinnok's defeat Raiden was elevated to a status of an Elder God. Because of this Fujin became the protector of Earthrealm.

He later found out, that Raiden started to become more ruthless and used Liu Kang's corpse to kill innocent people. He approached Kung Lao to ask for help to save Raiden and Liu Kang from the evil path. Kung Lao informed Fujin, that Johnny Cage was gathering warriors to fight on the side of good.

Fujin found out, that Taven and Daegon are awakened. Fujin was a friend of their family and he knew about their quest.

Fujin manages to find Taven, who was about to enter the Red Dragon Clan headquarters. Fujin tried to stop Taven, because he thought it was too dangerous. Taven still wanted to enter and Fujin tried to stop him even if it meant fighting with him. Fujin and Taven fought, but Fujin lost.
