Hugo Andore

Hugo and many members of his family were members of Metro City's gangs including Mad Gear Gang. But the gangs were destroyed by Cody, Mike Hagger and Guy. Hugo sees Hagger as a rival because he ended all his hopes to gain popularity in wrestling.

Deciding to leave the life of crime behind him, Hugo enters the Third World Warriors tournament. He was accompanied by his friend and manager, Poison. He was trying to find a tag team partner during the tournament. He fought against Ryu and although he was defeated Hugo managed to show remarkable performance and even could not to get knocked out by Ryu's strongest attack.

Later Poison and Hugo form their own wrestling company and try to take over the whole pro wrestling.
