Jinpachi Mishima

Jinpachi is the founder of the Mishima Zaibatsu. Also he is the father of Heihachi Mishima, grandfather of Kazuya Mishima and Lars Alexanderson and great-grandfather to Jin Kazama. Jinpachi was also a great fighter, who was known all around the world. Jinpachi saw how Heihachi and Kazuya were starting following an evil path. He asked his close friend Wang Jinrei to eliminate them both if the time was right and the situation couldn't be resolved otherwise.

Later Heihachi betrayed his own father and stole the Mishima Zaibatsu from him. Jinpachi didn't like that, with Heihachi in control of Zaibatsu, it started to move in a military direction.

Jinpachi tried to take back the control over Zaibatsu, but he failed and Heihachi imprisoned him under the Hon-Maru. Jinpachi was imprisoned there for a long time. After G Corporation's attack on Hon-Maru, which ended with an explosion, Jinpachi's restraints were weakened and he was able to break free.

He again took control of the Mishima Zaibatsu, since Heihachi Mishima was supposedly dead. But Jinpachi was overcome with the Devil Gene and was slowly becoming a monster. He announced the fifth King Of Iron Fist Tournament to seek people who could defeat him and end him. In the finals of the tournament he met with his great-grandson Jin Kazama. Jin defeated Jinpachi, which lead to his death.
