Juli

Juli was once named Julia and was the love interest of Thunder Hawk. She was kidnapped by Shadaloo and turned into a doll along with other girls like her. This led T.Hawk to go search for her.

Once one of the dolss named Cammy broke free from Bison's control and Juli and another doll named Juni were send to assassinate her. Cammy managed to free the dolls from Bison's control and save them. But, although the mind control was broken, the girls were only shells of their former self.

It was later revealed that Juli is now in a near-catatonic state and is taken care of by a couple. T.Hawk eventually finds her, but she can't recognize him or even realize, that someone is in front of her.
