Juri Han

Juri Han was a very promising Tae Kwon Do fighter when she was 15. Her father was a lawyer who went against organized crime and his next target was Shadaloo. Because of that his family was kidnapped. That led to Juri lose her parents and her eye.

S.I.N. later gave her a new eye. She worked for the S.I.N. organization for sometime and participated in their tournament, but later it is revealed, that her plan was to pit Bison and Seth against each other while she took over the control of the organization.
