Kasumi Todoh

Kasumi is the daughter of Ryuhaku Todoh and was was thought by him to fight. Her family lived some time in South Town. One day her father went to settle a score with his rival Takuma Sakazaki, but he never returned. She later heard, that her father lost to Ryo Sakazaki, Takuma's son. She wanted to take revenge on Ryo, but her mother was against the idea. She eventually made peace with Ryo and she and her mother returned to Japan.

She later was invited to join the Women Team in the King Of Fighters 96 tournament by King and Mai. Since she had the opportunity to participate in a real tournament with skilled team mates she accepted.

After the tournament she had a misunderstanding with Li Xiangfei, who thought, that Kasumi wanted to leave her restaurant without paying. They fought, but were stopped by Mai and King and both were invited to join the Women Team in the next King Of Fighters tournament.

Next year she was asked to join by Yuri Sakazaki. During the tournament she thought she saw her father and went searching for him.

She was later asked by Malin to join her team, which was specially formed to be against the Kyokugenryu practitioners. She agreed to join Malin and Eiji.
