Lei-Fei

In ancient China the Emperor banned all powerful martial arts because he wanted no one to have a martial art skill better, than his own. He formed a special clan, members of which hunt down and stop people from using the banned martial arts. In the modern day the there is no Emperor any more, but the clan still exists and Lei-Fei is one of them.

One day the leaders of the clan heard, that one of the banned martial arts was seen used by Lau Chan in the World Tournament. They decide to send Lei-Fei to stop Lau from using this martial art. Lei-Fei decides to find Lau to learn the style from him and later kill him.

After the fourth tournament Lei-Fei asked to be a student of Lau's. But with time he grew impatient and attacked Lau. Lau couldn't fight back due to his health and run away.

Lei-Fei, disappointed that he wasn't able to learn Ko'en-Ken from Lau, decides to train even more and finish his task in the fifth World Tournament.
