Noel Vermillion

Noel was created by Sector Seven. She was saved from the burning fields of Ikaruga and adopted by the Vermillion family.

She later entered the Military Academy and while studying there she became good friends with Carl Clover, Tsubaki Yayoi and Makoto Nanaya.

Because of her skill in using the Nox Nyctores Bolverk guns she gained the lieutenant rank in NOL. She was assigned as a subordinate of Jin. He treated her very badly because she reminded him of his sister, Saya. When Jin went after Ragna by himself, Noel was assigned to bring him back.

Noel doesn't actually remember, that she is actually Mu-12. Like Nu-13 she is created in image of Saya and is the true possessor of Azure Grimoire.

When Nu-13 wanted to merge with Ragna, Noel saved Ragna. After Noel found out, that she is targeted by NOL she stayed with Ragna and found out about his past. She later leaves Ragna to continue her search for Jin.
