Omega Rugal's Bio
Since Rugal possessed some power of the Orochi after he lost to Kyo in the King Of Fighterts 94 tournament, he decides to use more of his orochi powers and becomes Omega Rugal. Despite this power he lost to Kyo once again. Trying to use more of the Orochi power, his body couldn't handle this power and it exploded. Omega Rugal's Games
