Ralf Jones

Ralf is a colonel in a special military organization of mercenaries formed by Heidern called the Ikari Warriors. He met Clark when he was in his twenties and since then they were good friends.

Together with Heidern they entered a number of King Of Fighters tournaments since the 94 tournament. In the King Of Fighters 96 tournament they were introduced with a new member of their team, who replaced Heidern in the team. That recruit was Heidern's adoptive daughter Leona. Although Ralf was sceptical of her, because of her young age, but he soon accepted her as part of the team. Together they investigated Geese's activities in the tournament.

After the tournament Ralf asked for a suspension from duty due to incompetence. His real intentions were to let Leona recover from a personal trauma. To cheer her up he entered their team in the next King Of Fighters tournament. After this tournament Leona tried to end her life, but Ralf managed to stop her and convince her to keep living because she was not alone any more.

When the NESTS organization appeared on the scene the Ikari Warriors team were introduced to another new member: Whip. After she went missing Ralf wanted to start a search mission, but Heidern showed a picture of Whip and Kula together to calm Ralf and assure him that she is safe and fine.

Later the team was send to investigate an airship, which was later identified as Sky Noah. The team was send to participate in the tournament held by the owners of Sky Noah. During the 2003 tournament Leona goes into Riot Of Blood and attacks Ralf and Clark. They survived, but Leona could not participate in the following tournament until she recovered.

In the King Of Fighters XI tournament they were send to secure evidence that Those From The Past exist. They managed to get a hold of Mukai's body, but it was later stolen by two powerful people.
