Ramon is a famous Lucha Libre wrestler. He was approached by Vanessa and asked to join her team for the King Of Fighters tournament. He decided to accept to test his fighting skills against fighters from other categories.

He eventually became attracted to Vanessa and constantly tries to flirt with her. After he competed in his first King Of Fighters he always joins Vanessa's team along with Seth.
