Rose

Rose is a fortune teller, who sensed, that the end of the world is coming and a great evil would be responsible. She finds Bison to be the source of that evil and fights him. She manages to defeat him, but later finds out, that he's still alive.

Rose tracks down Bison once again and learns, that she and Bison share one soul. Bison manages to take control of her body. After Bison was killed his soul went into Rose's body and possessed her until a new body was created for him.

Rose couldn't remember anything what happened to her while she was possessed by Bison. She later finds out, that Bison survived the attack of Akuma. Rose decides to enter the S.I.N. tournament to stop Bison once again.
