Rufus

Rufus's interest for martial arts started in his youth, when he saw a lot of martial art movies. At first he took courses and later travelled to China and studied martial arts there.

He later met his girlfriend, who he saved from a waiter, who was chasing her.

He proclaimed to be the best American martial artist, but later he read an article about Ken Masters, where Ken was referred to as the best American fighter. Rufus us angered by this article. His girlfriend suggested, that if he beat Ken in a fight everyone will see that he's the strongest.

Rufus joins the S.I.N. sponsored tournament to find and defeat Ken, but he has trouble to distinguish other fighters from Ken.
