Not much is known about Shion. He is a undeling of Magaki. He also knows information about Orochi.

He helps Magaki to host the King Of Fighters IX tournament. He loses in battle and for this is send into another dimension by Magaki. He was presumed to be dead, but after Magaki lost in battle and wanted to escape, Shion's spear killed him through a portal. This may indicate, that Shion is still alive in another dimension.
