Terry Bogard

Terry and his brother Andy were orphans and lived on the streets. One day Jeff Bogard found and adopted them. When Terry was ten years old he saw Jeff being killed by Geese. Andy and Terry wanted revenge on their father's killer, but they knew that they were no match for him. They decide to train for the next ten years and then avenge their father.

Andy decided to go to Japan to train martial arts there, while Terry decided to travel his home country and sharpen his skills, which he learned from Jeff, Jeff's master and on the streets of Southtown.

Ten years later Geese announced the King Of Fighters tournament. Terry and Andy, along with their friend Joe Higashi enter the tournament. Only Terry managed to reach the finals and fight against Geese. Terry defeated Geese and for some time everyone thought Geese died after the fight.

Later, Geese's half-brother Wolfgang Krauser announced the Worldwide King Of Fighters tournament. This time also Terry defeated the tournament's sponsor and after that became the hero of Southtown.

After this Terry was invited to many King Of Fighters tournaments, which were team based. Terry always joins these tournaments usually with his brother Andy and friend Joe, but he also invites other people into his teams, when his usual team is unavailable.

During his last team based King Of Fighters tournament he formed his original team with Andy and Joe, but Terry overslept the meeting and arrived thirty minutes late, which annoyed Joe.

After several years, thought to be dead, Geese resurfaces and tries to steal special scrolls. Terry confronted him during a tournament, but Geese managed to escape. Terry continued through the tournament and eventually fought the Jin twins.

He later managed to confront Geese again and knock him off a tower in a fight. Terry wanted to save him from falling, but Geese refused Terry's help by knocking his hand away and falling into his death.

After this event Terry meets with a young boy named Rock Howard, who is actually Geese's son. He decides to adopt him and they both travel the country training together.

After some years another King Of Fighters tournament was held in Second Southtown by Kain. Both Terry and Rock were invited to participate and they both accepted.
