Tung Fu Rue

Tung Fu Rue was the master of Jeff Bogard and Geese Howard. Although they were both good students Tung decided to make Jeff his only successor because Geese was not a proper fighter. When Geese found that out he killed Jeff in jealousy. Because of that Tung decided to abandon the idea of a successor. Tung later enters the tournament sponsored by Geese, but was defeated.

Tung sometimes enters the King Of Fighters tournaments to keep himself in shape. Although he didn't want to teach anyone after Jeff's death he did teach Terry Bogard and later he took Jin Chonrei as his student.
