Zangief

Zangief is Russian wrestler known as The Red Cyclone. He met Gorbachev and was send to Serbia to train by fighting wild bears.

He later was send by Gorbachev to defeat Shadaloo and destroy the Psycho Drive because the Shadaloo organization was spreading it's corruption to Russia. He met a lot of fighters and made new friends. He didn't manage to reach his goal because he was defeated by one of the street fighters, but Shadaloo was defeated and Psycho Drive was destroyed and that was satisfying enough for him and he returns to Russia.

He was send once again by Gorbachev to fight in the second World Warrior Tournament. He was defeated and disappointed by his own performance he returns to Russia. He later was approached by the largest wrestling organization with an offer to promote him. At first he refuses, but later agrees, because he was told millions of people would see his matches and that would let him show the world the greatness of Russian wrestling.

He enters the World Warrior Tournament hosted by S.I.N. to show his young fans, that wrestling is still a great fighting style and surpasses martial arts.
