Fatal Fury: King of Fighters

Geese Howard, a crime lord in South Town, is sponsoring a fighting tournament. But three men are coming to get revenge on him. Terry and Andy Bogard, together with their friend Joe, are trying to use the tournament to avenge their adaptive father, who was murdered by Geese years ago.
